About ROAR Consulting
ROAR Consulting didn't begin in a boardroom. It began in a moment of surrender — when one woman asked God to help her do something she had never been shown how to do.
Before ROAR Consulting existed, there was a woman who knew what it felt like to shrink. To second-guess. To live inside the walls that low self-esteem and self-doubt had quietly built around her. Erica knows that story intimately — because it was her own.
Her own journey of healing and transformation became the seed of everything ROAR would grow into. She didn't just read about overcoming insecurity. She lived it. And in the living, she found her purpose.
Then came the day that changed everything. The moment she learned that her granddaughter was on her way into the world, Erica did what she had learned to do in every pivotal moment — she prayed. She asked God for help. Not just for herself, but for the little girl who would one day look to her to understand who she was and whose she was.
God answered that prayer. He gave her a story. And it was only years later — this very year — that Erica realized the framework she had been building had been in that story all along. He didn't just give her a ministry. He gave her a map.
As an ordained elder with more than 27 years in education, Erica brings both spiritual authority and the wisdom of someone who has spent decades understanding how people learn, grow, and flourish. She knows that confidence is not taught in a classroom alone — it is planted in the quiet moments between generations, watered by love, and rooted in the truth of God's Word.
ROAR Consulting exists because Erica refused to let that truth stay hidden. And because your granddaughter deserves to know it too.
God didn't just give me a ministry. He gave me a map — and He hid it inside my own story until I was ready to see it.

The ROAR Framework
R
Rise
She stops shrinking and starts standing — rising into the fullness of who God created her to be, one truth at a time.
O
Overcome
She learns that self-doubt, fear, and limiting beliefs are not her identity — and that she has the power to overcome them.
A
Affirm
She speaks life over herself. Through Scripture and truth, she learns to affirm who God says she is — and believe it deeply.
R
Reclaim
She takes back what insecurity tried to steal — her confidence, her voice, and her God-given sense of purpose and identity.
